Help the right people discover your business and take the next step.

Manage Partnership

Start with three simple steps

  1. Make your name recognizable. Add your Company Name in Account Settings and choose Display Name As: Company.
  2. Prepare one useful invitation. Start with an event, a clear announcement or a member offer. Publish it yourself on Basic, or give your account manager the details on Pro, Managed or Creative.
  3. Choose the right communities. Use our network directory to find relevant Facebook groups, or tell your account manager which locations and audiences you want to reach. One active partnership covers promotional sharing across our network, subject to each group's rules.

Working with your account manager

Pro: contact your account manager with the content you want published, approved images, event date and time, venue, price and ticket links.

  1. Managed and Creative: save your private service brief. Open Manage Partnership → Your Partner Service. Add your nominated event source URLs and approved asset links, with notes about event priorities, details and ticket checkout links.
  2. Set up ongoing promotion. On Managed, our team checks your nominated sources daily and reuses your existing approved creatives, event details and ticket links for hands-off promotion. On Creative, add brand assets and direction so our team can design graphics and write ad copy as well.
  3. Keep the brief current. Our team uses it to prepare website and social promotion. Tell your account manager promptly about changes, cancellations or source access problems, and keep answering event-specific customer questions.

Daily source checks and promotion are delivered by our team. All three service tiers share one 15-item calendar-month allowance for events and announcements. Paid advertising spend is separate; publication follows community rules, and reach and sales vary.

How to use your partner tools

Open just the section you need. Sign in with the account that holds your partnership when using management tools.

Check your remaining monthly allowance and change plans in Manage Partnership. Events and announcements share one allowance; drafts and edits do not use extra slots. Deleting or withdrawing a submitted item does not restore its slot. Plan changes show the price and timing for you to confirm. Ask us about larger plans if you need more than 15 per month.

  1. Open Account Settings and stay on the Basics tab.
  2. Enter your Company Name, then set Display Name As to Company. Wait for the saved confirmation.
  3. In Manage Partnership → Business Aliases, list any alternate or DBA names customers know you by. These help identify the same business; they do not replace your display-name setting.

Keep your legal name accurate in the legal-name fields. Changing your public display name does not require changing your identity details.

  1. Choose Create Event. In Overview, enter the title, start date and time, and duration or end time. Choose Privacy: Public for an event you want the wider community to discover.
  2. Write the main description in the Public content tab. Explain what happens, who it suits, the total cost, what is included, and how attendees find the host. Add your location in Venue and a clear image in Photos.
  3. Selling tickets elsewhere? In Outgoing Links, choose Add Link, use a clear Button Name such as “Buy Tickets”, and paste the checkout address into URL. Make clear whether a site RSVP also requires a separate ticket purchase.
  4. Use the form's create, publish, or approval button. If it is awaiting approval, it is not public yet. Once live, open the event and test its ticket link before sharing that event URL.

Keep the event page current if the time, location, availability, or plans change. Website publication does not replace sharing to Facebook groups on Basic.

Create Event

  1. Open the Feed while signed in and write a concise update in Share something…. Lead with the benefit to local members, then link to your event or offer.
  2. Set the Privacy control to Public so the promotion is not restricted to friends or signed-in members. Where there is no privacy selector, the composer shows its Public audience.
  3. Add relevant images with Photos, then choose Post. Use My Posts to find your update again and respond to questions.

If this site's Feed is restricted to administrator posts, contact us to arrange publication. A Feed post is separate from a reviewed partner announcement or a Facebook group post.

Open Feed

Use announcements for a useful business update, launch, event, or offer that deserves a fuller introduction.

  1. Go to Manage Partnership → My Announcements → Add Announcement.
  2. Complete the Announcement Title, a short Announcement Teaser, and Full Content. Include one clear next step with its booking or information link.
  3. Add an optional Announcement Image and Preferred Send Date/Time. Submit early enough for review; a preferred time is a request, not a guaranteed delivery time.
  4. Choose Save Draft to finish later, or Submit for Review when ready. Pending announcements are locked; withdraw one to Draft before editing. If declined, read the feedback, update it, and resubmit.

Approval and publication depend on community rules, your active partnership, and the site's enabled delivery channels. It does not mean every member receives a notification. For changes after publication, contact us.

My Announcements

  1. Open Manage Partnership → My Offers → Add Offer.
  2. Use the Title for the benefit, such as “15% off weekday classes”. In Description, explain how to redeem it, any code, exclusions, and its end date.
  3. Add a useful Link Name and Link URL if members should book or redeem online.
  4. Under Show this offer to, choose at least one audience: Registered Members, or the verified/upgraded-member options available on this site. Choose Save Offer.

Offers appear in member perks while your partnership is active. Edit or delete them in My Offers when they change or finish. Writing an expiry date in the description does not automatically remove an offer.

One active partnership covers promotional sharing across our network. Find our Facebook groups at Our Network and choose those whose location and interests fit your event. Join and follow each group's posting rules and approval process. Permission to share does not automatically create accounts or activate website tools on other domains.

Basic: post to those groups yourself. Pro, Managed and Creative: your account manager handles the publishing for you. Avoid duplicating posts your manager is already arranging.

  • Lead with something people want to do. Tell that group why it is relevant, where and when it happens, the price, and whether newcomers are welcome.
  • Show the real experience. Use your own clear photo or short video of the activity, venue, or team, with permission from anyone identifiable.
  • Make booking easy. Include one clear event or checkout link. Put essential details in the post, not only in an image.
  • Have a conversation. Answer genuine questions promptly and update the post when something changes. Ask useful questions about the experience rather than asking for likes, tags, or shares.
  • Choose relevance over repetition. Keep captions and hashtags focused, avoid duplicate bumps and invented urgency, and share a follow-up only when it adds something useful.

Afterward, thank attendees and share a few approved photos. Use a distinct booking link or offer code when practical to learn which posts brought real enquiries or sales. Reach and sales vary; likes alone are not the goal.

Pro, Managed and Creative partners can request ticket sales through our website. This is optional and off by default. Our team must approve and enable it manually, with a separate commission agreement.

Send us the event details, ticket types and prices, capacity, and refund terms so we can confirm the setup with you. Payouts are made two weeks after the event to allow time for payment, refund, and chargeback review, under the agreed terms. This waiting period does not end a customer's ability to dispute a payment.

Until it has been arranged, continue using your own checkout links. Buying a Pro, Managed or Creative subscription does not automatically enable ticket collection or payouts.
